The following six priorities were formulated at the ReVision Workshop, Nov. 2009. Each of these statements express the passion and priorities of the workshop participants.
1: Foster a missional church that serves internal, local and global needs in order to encourage others to join, participate, learn and possibly lead.
2: Become a focal point for educational and community services. Build the facility adjacent to KBC to meet these needs.
3: Create an engaged congregation with a focused biblical foundation and that has a seeker-sensitive worship service and an openness to follow God wherever He leads.
4 : Equip the people of KBC by providing solid biblical teaching in Christian Education (CE) to enable them to confidently apply biblical principles in everyday life.
5: Connect young adults with mentors through mutual initiative, to develop them as leaders, meet their needs, and integrate them into all aspects of church life.
6: Teach, train and communicate the biblical truths of stewardship and service in order that all KBC congregants will use their spiritual gifts to serve the church and the world.
